In order to strengthen the strategic development of talents within the organization, enhance the competitiveness of potential talents, cultivate top-notch young talents within the organization who are enterprising and have achieved excellent performance, and accelerate the growth of young talents, the chairman's youth talent fund was established in 2014. A total of 10 sessions are carried out on an annual basis, with a total of 33 funded recipients.
